refreshing BEAUTY RULES
Keep sunscreen in the car.
Car windows can enhance the effects of UV exposure. So apply sunscreen
before your journey and reapply during a long road trip. Do not forget
your hands and your décolletage as they can be forgotten.
Use an exfoliating glove.
I have exfoliating gloves in the shower and exfoliate at least once a
week. Exfoliating helps removes dead skin cells and helps your body
absorb the moisturiser applied after your shower.
Turn your shower to cold at the end.
Warm water dilates he nerves and blood vessels. Turning the water to
cold just at the end boosts circulation and constricts the blood vessels
which in turn enables efficient removal of toxins and waste.
File your feet immediately after bathing.
Take the time to file away the soles of your feet to help remove the
dead and calloused skin. Your skin is still warm and damp which makes
removal easier and then follow with a foot cream or rich moisturiser.
Massage body cream after every shower.
I have been doing this every day since I was a teenager. Massaging
moisturiser helps soften the skin and improve the circulation in
cellulite areas. It is also a great way of knowing your body and realise
any differences with lumps and so on.
Use a serum
Serums are concentrated so apply a small amount, wait a few minutes and
then apply moisturiser. Serums settle deeper into the skin and help
boost the effects of a moisturiser
